Muller Worthy Architects has spent decades building a reputation for precise, thoughtful work. Behind the scenes, the operational complexity had grown alongside the firm. Proposals were detailed, time-intensive, and depended on knowledge that lived with a small number of people. Time tracking and billing ran on manual processes that got the job done but demanded constant attention.

We built MWA a custom operations platform designed around how they actually work. Proposals now take about 20 minutes and can be completed by anyone on the team. Time entries are logged in a few clicks, codes assign automatically, and the accountant gets a clean handoff without anyone compiling a spreadsheet.

Built by operators, for operators.

Camber was founded by Mallorie Muller, a strategic operations leader who has spent her career building systems that scale. Before Camber, she worked as an operations consultant helping businesses cut costs, improve margins, and grow revenue. Today, Mallorie leads AI implementation and strategy at Optum, a Fortune 5 company managing some of the most complex systems in healthcare. Away from the desk, she has operated under a different kind of pressure as part of the first majority-female pit crew at the Indy 500. Camber exists because the opportunity is hiding in plain sight: professional services firms with decades of expertise and the resources to act, still running on infrastructure that hasn't kept pace.
